  Mellott offers a variety of Lumber Transfers and Green Chains which can be used for most situations where lumber must be transferred between operations.
  Green Chains or Transfers are shipped knocked down. However, assembly is straight forward and all parts and hardware are included with each unit.
  Chain return is made through the skid for safety.
  Drive is shielded.
  Mellott has an onsite engineering and design team capable of meeting your specific needs. We will consult and coordinate with you to provide the best options for your application.
  Main System Components
• Lengths and Chains: Custom lengths and spacings are available.
• Headshaft: 1-15/16", 2-7/16" or 2-15/16"
• Skids: 4" Trussed Channel with UHMW Wear Strips
• Chain: C55B Rooftop, H78B Rooftop or 81X
• Drive: Sumitomo Cyclo Reducer with 2 HP or 3 HP C-Face Motor
• Bearings: Rexnord 4-Bolt Flange Bearings
  Chain Transfer Options:
• Legs: Ridgid "H" Beam Legs for Cross Sills (to 36" top of chain)
• Flooring: 4 ft Sections, Clamp in or Weld in Type
• Air operated live stops with 1-15/16" Shafts
• Grading Station Style Board Dealing Stops, 1-15/16" Shafts
• Cant Stops with 1-15/16" Shaft and Bearings
