• European style double safety guard enclosure with finger slats
• (2) 5” bottom dust ports keep dust from accumulating inside blade cavity, requiring 681 CFM @ each point of extraction
• (2) 5” upper dust ports with adjustable side gate, requiring 681 CFM @ each point of extraction
• Upper clamp hood can manually be adjusted for quicker and safer cycles
• Speed of blade cycle is individually controlled on the raise and lower by centrally located control switches
• 5-Way central control valve ensures reliable pneumatic operation
• Equipped with air supply relay that prevents blade from cycling when not running, preventing unintentional cycles blade crashes
• Linear gauge with fast lock knob makes stroke length adjustment quick and easy
• Centrally located control station beneath table
• Front mounted Emergency Stop for quick access, shuts electrical power off to blade and immediately terminates air supply returning clamp and blade to home position
• 13” stroke via double actuation air cylinder ensures excellent part hold before blade cycle
• Pneumatic foot pedal actuation is capable of 10-15 cycles/minute (Double Palm Button optional)
• Single pneumatic hook up with quick slide shut off, filter, lubricator and regulator. 8 CFM @ 100 PSI required
• Arbor lock provides rigid support and added safety during blade change
