  • The dryer, to be placed on crossbar or belt conveyor with modular hood made of anodized Al, is expressly studied for three-dimensional curing.
  • The hinged covering allows an easy access to reflector and lamps.
  • The POLIEDRA unit consists of:
  • Mercury or gallium lamp, characteristic emission peak at 360 nm for mercury and 420 for gallium.
  • Reflector in Al with interchangeable high-reflecting sheet.
  • Centrifugal fan for each UV unit.
  • Compact electronic power supply unit for each UV unit with stepless power adjustment from 40 W/cm to 120 W/cm.
  • Operator interface through PLC with Touch Panel for lamp control and display of working parameters.
  • Swivelling system in case of conveyor stop.
  • Swiveling control and safety devices for each UVM unit.
  • Support unit, height 300 mm with lamp shade shielding and junction boxes (for high tension and auxiliary voltage).
  • Skew positioning of UV unit on conveyor Machine executed according to the European norms, suitable to be used with non-flammable and non-explosive lacquers and to be positioned in a safe environment (not classified as an area with risk of explosion).
  • ENERGY SAVING DEVICE Energy saving device, suitable for flat panels with minimum thickness of 3mm. It automatically switches the lamps at half power if, after a prearranged time, no pieces reach the conveyor. The device includes a photocell to be installed on the conveyor infeed.
