- Consistent brush sanding machine with 3 row disc station, followed by two counter rotating spiral brush rollers and a planetary station with 1350mm (53") working width.
- PLC control with programs / set-up storage, coloured touch panel for setting all machine parameters (storable programs, manual mode, display mode), connection point for external line control, easy to use
- DISCSTATION:
- 16 sanding discs 250mm diameter, each with 24 keyways 75mm long l Gear motor 2 x 1,5kW
- Variable disc speed 50rpm to 400rpm using frequency converter
- Excentric orbital disc movement
- Selection switch for direction of discs clockwise/counterclockwise (finer grit size/coarser grit size)
- Separate motorized height adjustment of the discstation (for running discs only or rollers only or everything together)
- ROTATING ROLLER SPINDLES:
