• 4-1/2” Diameter Bottom Roller with 1-15/16” Diameter Shaft and Bearings
• Bottom Roller is powered by a 2 HP 230/460v, 3ph motor and gear box (requires a variable frequency drive)
• Bottom Roller is Mounted to a Tubing Base with U.H.M.W. Keeper Pads and Rack and Pinion Timing Gears
• Bottom Roller Assembly is Adjustable to Match Planer Adjustment
• Also includes a top pinch roll assembly that includes the following:
• A) 6-1/2” diameter with 1-15/16” diameter shaft and bearings
• B) Mounted to a tubing base with 1-½” diameter linear shafts and bearings
• C) Vertical movement by a 4” bore pneumatic cylinder
• D) Includes solenoid valve with regulator unit, fittings and hose kit
• Framework fabricated from 6” x 4” tubing and 1” x 6” cold roll flat bar
• Currently mounted to shipping brackets
