- The crimping prevents the insert being pushed through the hole. Two hopper feed attachments for both 1/4" and 5/16" inserts. Inserts can be purchased from Stafast or many other providers.
- T-Nut thread sizes from 8-32 to 1/2-13 can be automatically inserted.
- Up to 4,500 T-Nuts per hour can be accurately inserted.
- Machine insertion rate is over three times that of hand driven methods.
- Significant reduction of costly T-Nut push out and improper alignment.
- 2-1/2" bore diameter allows for higher velocity and less noise from exhaust.
- No need for an air assist to help advance T-Nuts through.
- Avoid expensive Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, "CTS", claims from manual insertion.
