Used- Friulmac Model Randomax EVO End Matcher Automatic End-trimming and Profiling of Random Length Components
- Defects are Marked with Fluorescent Crayon and Work-piece is positioned onto in-feed belt transfer by the operator
- Work-Piece is then transferred inside the machine by means of motorized bottom tracks with free rollers top pressure system
- Workpiece Length: 200mm (8") up to 2500mm (100")
- Workpiece width: 50mm (2") to 400mm (16")
- Workpiece Thickness: 10mm (0.4") to 40mm (1.6")
- Trimming units: Two(2) 5.5KW (7.5HP) with 30mm arbor and 450mm tool diameter
- Scoring units Four(4) 1.2KW(1.5HP) with 20mm arbor and 100mm tool diameter
- Profiling Units Two(2) 6KW(8HP) with 30mm diameter x 70mm usable length arbor and 120mm tool diameter
